She holds a Professional certificate in Fintech law with the University of Pennsylvanian, USA, and acts as an experienced Commercial lawyer.

She advises local and foreign Investors on their projects within the OHADA zone with a focus on the setting up, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, Mergers and acquisition, Joint-ventures, securities, debt recovery procedures, management, and dissolution of companies.
