Trademark Registration Request

Trademark Renewal

Has your trademark protection expired? Then you need to renew. A trademark renewal request can be filed anytime during the 6 months period proceeding to the end of the validity of the registration. If your trademark is not renewed by the final deadline, the trademark will lapse given why there is a period of grace before it lapses.
