Trademark Registration Request

A Trademark doesn’t only protects your Intellectual Property rights but also gives you exclusive rights over your trademark. You can sue any third party that uses your trademark without your permission, claiming trademark infringement and damages that go with it.

Trademark Renewal

Has your trademark protection expired? Then you need to renew. A trademark renewal request can be filed anytime during the 6 months period proceeding to the end of the validity of the registration. If your trademark is not renewed by the final deadline, the trademark will lapse given why there is a period of grace before it lapses.
